Sem M. Garza, is a pharmacist, entrepreneur, and healthcare leader with extensive experience in pharmacy operations, independent pharmacy ownership, and community-based care. A graduate of Texas Southern University, he has led pharmacy operations for major national chains including Target and CVS, where he was recognized with the CVS Paragon Award for operational excellence.
Dr. Garza is the founder of The Other Guys Pharmacy (2018) and Weslaco Pharmacy (2025), building successful independent operations focused on innovation, patient access, and regulatory responsibility. He has served on the Board of Directors of TIPCO Supplies since 2024, contributing clinical expertise, operational insight, and strategic guidance to support the company’s continued growth.
